Best-selling, award-winning Canadian author Wayne Johnston read from his book, The Navigator of New York, an epic novel of one man's quest for the secret of his origins that ranges from the bustling streets of 19th century New York to the remotest regions of the Arctic.

Also, Lee Gowan, a Saskatchewan-born novelist, read from his second novel, The Last Cowboy, a romantic, humorous and harrowing novel which has received great reviews.
